Why Tech?

Since I was little, I’ve always been a tech enthusiast. My favorite website was Google, as the daughter of immigrant parents who didn’t speak English, I was the translator and the one to figure out everything my parents needed, from paying bills to translating legal papers. Google became my best friend, and I loved that if I wanted to learn something, it was just a search away. Having access to information like that was incredibly empowering & that's why I'm in tech because I want empower others through the code I write. 🌟

β€œIt's so important to identify beliefs. Because once you identify [a negative belief], once you bring it into the light, you will see it doesn't belong to you:

  • That it came from your parents;
  • It came from your family;
  • It came from your society;
  • It came from your friends.

And you bought into it. But it isn't yours.”
