Words from Daiana ~

I've always been a tech enthusiast since I was a little girl. My favorite website was Google because, as a child of immigrant parents who did not speak English, I had to be the translator of everything—and Google was my best friend. 🙌

I am proudly from Argentina 🇦🇷 (Woo! Champions of the world! ⚽️), with a mix of Bolivian 🇧🇴 and Mexican 🇲🇽 roots. Having grown up in the States 🇺🇸, I also consider myself American.

I earned my B.S. in Computer Science from Colorado State University in December 2021, becoming the first in my family to graduate from college. During my time at CSU, I was actively involved in outreach and mentorship as the lead instructor for Girls Who Code. I completed internships at Microsoft, Cloud Coach, and NVIDIA, and even had an externship at Twitter HQ in San Francisco during my freshman year—an unforgettable experience!

I am intrigued by emerging technologies such as Web3 and AI. For the past three years, I've been deeply invested in Crypto, DeFi, and Blockchain, and more recently, I’ve begun exploring AI! You can always catch me trying or tinkering with the latest tech trends.

Outside of tech, I enjoy running, line dancing, and playing pickleball. I’ve won 5 Web3 Hackathons 🏆, and in the past, I contributed to H.E.R. DAO LATAM as a Hackathon Lead, traveling and hosting workshops to onboard more women in LATAM into web3 as builders and founders through participating in hackathons. ✨💙.
